Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be joining an innovative, employee-owned consultancy that is breaking the mould of traditional civil engineering. As a key member of our Manchester water team, you will play a vital role in our expansion, focusing on SuDS and drainage projects. While you will be supported by a strong senior team, we are looking for someone with the drive and ambition to grow with us and become a future technical expert.
- Contributing to the technical delivery of a variety of water management and SuDS projects.
- Working within a close-knit team to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
- Learning from senior experts and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Helping to build the presence and capability of our growing Manchester office.
Salary range £37,000 - £44,000 per year reflective of an Engineer with experience.

- Potential for a tax-free bonus of up to £3,500 each year, with the total bonus amount weighted according to your grade and length of service, rewarding loyalty and contribution.
This is a permanent, full-time position.

What you’ll need- Experience in the water sector, with a background in SuDS/Drainage.
- A strong drive and ambition to learn, develop, and be challenged beyond standard designs.
- An aptitude for technical work and a passion for your specialism are more important than top university marks.
- A collaborative mindset and the right character to fit into a young, social, and progressive team culture.
- Experience working in the UK is essential.
- A stable career history is highly valued; we are looking for individuals who want to commit and grow long-term.
