Electrical Estimator

Ceetech an RSK Group company are recruiting for an Estimator to join the team based in Manchester, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Ceetech have established themselves as one of the leading building services contractors and their complete service includes the integration of not just mechanical and electrical installations, but those that make use of renewable energy sources. Focusing on major developments and Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) projects, the team possesses decades of combined experience.

• Reviewing tender enquiries and developing a bid strategy with Bid Manager to give a competitive edge
• Producing market competitive, nett cost estimates for both traditional and non-traditional bids in line with the Ceetech Group processes and procedures
• Carrying out accurate quantity take-offs for the purposes of estimating
• Inputting labour, plant and materials into estimating systems to deliver first principles based estimating ethos
• Issuing and vetting material and sub-contract enquiries where required to support nett cost pricing

• Minimum 10 years’ experience working within the building services, automation and airport sector is preferable
• Experience of various projects and a range of project values
• Good and clear communicator
