Sprinkler Design Engineer
- Hybrid Working
Salary/Package - £60k - £65k Basic + Benefits
Location
- Hybrid ( Manchester office )
- Produce accurate sprinkler system designs using 3D CAD modelling and BIM coordination tools
- Work from initial concept through to installation drawings, ensuring LPCB and BS EN standards compliance
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Calculate hydraulic requirements and prepare technical submissions
- Keep up to date with the latest codes, standards, and best practices in fire suppression
- LPCB Basic Design qualification advantageous
- Proven experience in sprinkler system design within the UK market
- Strong 3D CAD / BIM skills (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Solid understanding of LPC rules, BS EN 12845, and relevant fire safety legislation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Work on varied, high-profile commercial projects
