Engineering Team Leader
- The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive the strategic development of engineering systems and implement robust preventative maintenance programmes across our manufacturing site. You will lead our Health and Safety standards, utilise data-driven KPIs and real-time performance measurement to ensure maximum manufacturing efficiency, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
