What you’ll doYou’ll design mechanical systems for buildings, covering everything from heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Using Hevacomp, REVIT and AutoCAD, you’ll produce detailed designs, specifications and working drawings.
You’ll also head to site to survey, write technical reports and monitor progress, giving you hands‑on experience that few positions offer.
Meeting with clients and contractors, you’ll shape projects from start to finish, building your influence and visibility in the industry.
What you’ll need- At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical building services design
- Consultancy experience, so you’re familiar with client‑facing work
- Proficiency with Hevacomp and AutoCAD, as these will be your main tools
