The OpportunityInfrastructure Mechanical Engineers deliver design and consulting services for the vital infrastructure that makes modern life possible.
Our work is very varied and crosses industry sectors. In the water sector, we deliver potable and wastewatertreatment, pumping stations, reservoirs and flood defences. We work in energy markets focussing on industrial decarbonisation technologies like energy storage, hydrogen, steam generation, carbon capture and renewable energy. We support the development of nuclear infrastructure, manufacturing facilities and process plants through integrated mechanical and piping system designs.
We design new systems, improve existing asset performance and are actively pursuing more sustainable infrastructure for the societies we live and work within.
- Design of mechanical systems of pipework and equipment for essential infrastructure and industry.
- Investigating and understanding problems and design challenges.
- Calculations, specifications, modelling and layouts.
- Collaborating with other disciplines to develop complex solutions.
- Designing for safety and operability of equipment.
For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes: A bachelor's degree in relevant academic discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering;
Aeronautical Engineering;
Aerospace Engineering.
Skills and experience we look for: strong numeracy (Mathematics) and working proficiency in Excel
Willingness to learn new things.

- Full working rights in the country of application
- No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role
- Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
