DSP Engineer - Radar

Position: Contract DSP Engineer - Radar
The Redline Group has an urgent requirement for a Contract DSP Engineer
- Radar to support an exciting Cambridge based technology business developing advanced sensor and radar systems. The company is currently bringing a next-generation product to market and requires an experienced contractor to support the development of its signal processing capability during a critical phase of product development. This is a hands-on role focused on radar signal processing, real-time software development and algorithm implementation, working closely with a small, highly experienced team developing a new ground-based sensing platform.

This role is expected to last 3-4 months initially with strong potential for extension. The successful contractor will be required on-site in Cambridge for the majority of the assignment. Key Skills Required
- Contract DSP Engineer
- Radar Radar Signal Processing (Range Doppler, CFAR Detection & Target Tracking) Real-Time Software Development using Rust, C or C++ GPU-accelerated signal processing on NVIDIA platforms, ideally NVIDIA Jetson, handling high data rates in real time Test-driven development and experience creating DSP test harnesses FPGA exposure is desirable The successful contractor will help develop the end-to-end signal processing chain, supporting the transition from simulated data environments through to real-world hardware integration as the project progresses.
