£65,000 – £85,000 + Company Benefits + Company Bonus + Development + Progression + Early finish on a Friday

Remote for first 6 months then – Hybrid (2 / 3 days a week)

Are you an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager from an Building Services background looking to take ownership of the pre-construction process within a leading engineering business, where you will have the autonomy to drive projects from concept through to delivery, influence major design decisions and play a key role in the company’s continued growth?

This established building services company has seen continued success and rapid growth since its establishment in 1963. Specialising in complex electrical and MEP engineering projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Heritage, Hospitality and Residential sectors, the business employs over 400 direct staff and subcontractors across offices in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

In this role, you will lead the pre-construction process for electrical building services projects, coordinating designs, tenders and technical information from concept through to handover. You will work with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to develop cost-effective solutions, identify risks and value engineering opportunities, and support the delivery of major projects up to £40 million.

This role would suit an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager from an Building Services background looking for autonomy, career progression and the opportunity to take ownership of major projects while playing a key role in the company’s continued growth.

• * Lead pre-construction for electrical building services projects
• * Coordinate electrical designs with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• * Review drawings and specifications, identifying risks and value engineering opportunities
• * Manage tenders and ensure accurate technical and commercial information
• * Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams to support project delivery
• * Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday finish at 3:30pm
