The role is a permanent full-time position (40 hours/week) with duties including planned maintenance, reactive work, RAMS, and coordination with on-site teams and subcontractors.
Platform experience with CAFM, site logbooks, and BMS/HVAC familiarity will help ensure SLA/KPIs are met. A strong customer-service mindset is essential for success.
