Location:
Remote
Salary: £45,000-£55,000
Penguin Recruitment are happy to be representing a national multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. Due to continued growth and an increasing project workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer to join their established team

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline
- Chartered status (or working towards Chartership) with a relevant professional body
- Extensive experience within a geotechnical design consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design and earthworks engineering
- Experience using geotechnical design software and numerical modelling packages
Proven ability to manage projects and mentor junior engineers - Excellent report-writing and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and experience liaising directly with clients
- Full UK driving licence preferred
