• Leading on the coordination and delivery of BREEAM Infrastructure assessments across various markets.
• Competently undertake own work to an excellent standard, and review the work of others, on time and to budget.
• Manage clients' needs in a confident, professional manner.

• Degree or Masters in an environmental or relevant subject or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
• Current qualification/ accreditation in BREEAM Infrastructure v6.
• Led and Delivered BREEAM Infrastructure assessments.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently assess project plans, designs and specification against BREEAM Infrastructure assessment criteria.
• Ability to prepare detailed sustainable design and construction specification documents based on BREEAM Infrastructure v6 assessment criteria.
• Knowledge of the benefits, costs and technical content of BREEAM Infrastructure as a recognised 3rd party certified sustainable design and construction rating schemes.
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate issues and ideas effectively.
