BIM Specialist​/Manager; MEP

Looking to play a key role in shaping how complex engineering projects are delivered through digital design and information management?

As a BIM Specialist/Manager (MEP), you'll be responsible for driving digital delivery standards across major data centre projects, ensuring coordinated, high-quality models and information are produced throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting project delivery while influencing digital best practice across the business.

You’ll help oversee model coordination, information management, BIM standards implementation and clash detection processes, ensuring design information is accurate, consistent and aligned with project requirements. This is an opportunity to contribute to some of the most technically demanding projects in the industry while helping advance digital engineering capabilities.

• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards and information management principles
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary MEP models and design information
• Ability to support model quality assurance, clash detection and coordination activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within complex engineering or construction project environments
