Join Rezzil, the pioneering VR studio transforming how the world plays, trains, and experiences sport. Our work powers performance and play at the highest level — from the Premier League to the NBA — and we’re looking for a self-sufficient Unity Developer with a mobile and gameplay focus to help us keep pushing the boundaries.

You’ll be hands-on from day one — shaping gameplay, systems, and experiences that sit at the intersection of sport, gaming, and entertainment. The ideal candidate understands what today’s players engage with — from VR experiences to mobile trends and modern gaming loops — and can turn that knowledge into features people want to play.

• Develop and optimise gameplay and system features for mobile and VR projects
• Build clean, intuitive UI/UX that scales across devices
• Prototype mechanics and iterate quickly with design and art teams
• Support live features, analytics, and monetisation systems where relevant
• Collaborate in a flat, idea-driven environment where everyone contributes

• 5+ years’ Unity experience (mobile and/or VR strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver full production features independently
• Solid C# and Unity skills across gameplay and UI
• Understanding of optimisation, publishing pipelines, and player engagement loops
• Awareness of what drives player interest and retention in today’s games
• A strong portfolio or shipped title that shows creativity and technical craft
• Work with cutting-edge VR tech used by elite teams worldwide
• Featured on BBC Match of the Day and trusted by the Premier League, NBA, and Red Bull
• Early access to unreleased VR/XR hardware and experimental gameplay systems
• Be part of a team shaping how sport, gaming, and entertainment merge globally
