As a Fan Support Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our supporters, delivering a best-in-class service across email, telephone, social media and in-person channels. You’ll support fans across ticketing, memberships, stadium access, digital platforms and more — playing a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of Manchester City.
This is a fast-paced, supporter-focused role within a collaborative and experienced team. Please be aware, we are primarily recruiting on an initial fixed-term basis
, with the potential for permanent opportunities. We are also keen to build a talent pool for future roles within the team.

Your Impact- At least 1 year’s experience in a customer sales or service role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels.
- A genuine fan-focused mindset with excellent service standards.
- Highly organised, able to manage workload under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and operational processes.
- Adaptable and open to change within a busy operational environment.
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support.
This role operates across a 7-day working week
, including matchdays and non-matchday events, with shifts aligned to operational requirements.
