You’ll be at the heart of helping our customers — real estate companies across the world — get the most out of our game‑changing subscription product that makes creating professional property photography and high‑accuracy floor plans effortless.

What You’ll Be Doing- Own the onboarding experience — making sure every new customer gets off to a great start.
- Respond quickly and helpfully to customer queries by phone or email.
- Guide customers on how to get the most out of our product through clear communication and practical support.
- Keep customers in the loop on deliveries, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Track interactions and feedback to help us continuously improve.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships that keep customers coming back.
- Handle cancellations with empathy and professionalism.
- Stay in regular contact to make sure customers are happy and supported.
- Jump in on new projects or initiatives from our leadership team.
- Pitch in with other ad‑hoc tasks that help the team succeed.
