As a Sales Advisor
, you will be a vital part of their mission to deliver exceptional service to customers. Your role will involve ensuring their insurance needs are met with care, precision, and expert advice. They are looking for someone who can build lasting relationships, offering peace of mind and tailored solutions.

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls to process policy transactions.
• Ensuring accuracy in customer and policy details, making updates when required.
• Advising customers on policy options, cover levels, and additional extras.
• Addressing general queries, including those related to letters and policy details.
• Providing clear, concise information on both new and existing policies.
• Adhering to compliance regulations and call scripts with precision.
• Identifying customer vulnerabilities and offering tailored support and solutions.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Completing required CPD hours to stay at the forefront of industry knowledge.
