£13.47 per hour plus benefits
Part time 18.75 hours per week, varied shifts between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Covering the Greater Manchester Region (Manchester and Stockport)
You’ll need a full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for this job.
Please note all positions within Funeral care can involve direct physical contact with the deceased as part of normal duties – the amount of contact will differ dependant on the role applied for.

What you’ll do- Provide clients with expert guidance on funeral plans, helping them to understand their options and plan their perfect service, in line with guidelines and regulations.
- Manage your own diary, making and receiving calls with clients or arranging face‑to‑face visits, as well as follow up on any enquiries you’ve received.
- Keep accurate records in line with policies and regulations, making sure all client documentation is managed safely, with discretion, and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the branch teams, providing guidance and support on funeral plan enquiries, as well as support with any admin work when required.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience in sales, customer service, financial services or other client‑facing roles (advantageous but not required).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and the local community.
- Excellent admin and organisational skills, with the ability to work on your own and manage your diary.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring regulatory policies and processes are always adhered to.
- High levels of empathy, discretion and care, with strong listening skills to understand clients’ needs during vulnerable times.
- Passion for delivering great service and providing good outcomes for clients.
- Successful completion of FCA regulation training and meeting financial integrity checks.
