Role PurposeWe’re looking for an ambitious Partnerships Sales Manager to supercharge our commercial partnerships.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be doing
- Support the growth of partnership revenue by identifying and securing new commercial opportunities, contributing to overall team targets.
- Be involved in the full sales process—from prospecting to pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative, insight‑led partnership concepts and ensure proposals are compelling, creative and aligned to brand objectives.
- Act as an ambassador for Co‑op Live, representing the venue at meetings, industry events and partner activations while building strong relationships with brands, agencies and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting, keep up to date with industry trends and collaborate across the business to ensure seamless partnership delivery.

- Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, media or commercial sales.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to spot opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Great relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail with strong written and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, KORE).
- Willingness to support events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
