Role Purpose

We’re looking for an ambitious Partnerships Sales Manager to supercharge our commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing
  • Support the growth of partnership revenue by identifying and securing new commercial opportunities, contributing to overall team targets.
  • Be involved in the full sales process—from prospecting to pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative, insight‑led partnership concepts and ensure proposals are compelling, creative and aligned to brand objectives.
  • Act as an ambassador for Co‑op Live, representing the venue at meetings, industry events and partner activations while building strong relationships with brands, agencies and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting, keep up to date with industry trends and collaborate across the business to ensure seamless partnership delivery.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, media or commercial sales.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to spot opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Great relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • High attention to detail with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, KORE).
  • Willingness to support events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
