What you’ll be doingYou will support the growth of partnership revenue by identifying and securing new commercial opportunities, contributing to overall team targets. You will be involved in the full sales process, from initial prospecting and relationship building through to developing proposals, pitching, negotiating and closing deals. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will help create innovative, insight‑led partnership concepts and ensure proposals are compelling, creative and aligned to brand objectives.
You will act as an ambassador for Co‑op Live, representing the venue at meetings, industry events and partner activations, while building strong relationships with brands, agencies and key stakeholders. Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting, keep up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities, and collaborate across the business to ensure partnerships are delivered seamlessly and enhance the overall venue experience.

- Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to spot opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment
- Great relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail with strong written and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, KORE)
- Willingness to support events, including occasional evenings and weekends
