You will greet and attend to guests, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations and fostering a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

• Greet and attend to guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a friendly demeanour.
• Encourage guests to enjoy the electronic gaming floor and promote the casino’s games and offers.
• Uphold high standards of service, teamwork and guest satisfaction across shift hours.
• Support other casino roles and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Understanding of the electronic gaming offer and its contribution to the business.
• Experience in a hospitality role with a positive attitude and strong customer‑service skills.
• A willingness to work as a team player, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends and a 24/7 casino environment.
