Placement Engagement Co-ordinator – Manchester, GB

You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students through workshops, events, and one‑to‑one guidance. You’ll be confident using digital tools, adaptable to changing priorities, and passionate about helping students succeed. Strong networking and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with colleagues and employer partners.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally to a diverse range of recipients, both orally and in writing.
• The ability to make presentations and conduct group workshops.
• Strong networking, negotiating and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience demonstrating excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• An ability to gain a full understanding of the services provided and customer needs to provide accurate help and assistance to customers and actively improve and/or promote services to existing and potential customers.
