Purpose

At Co-op Live, we're creating unforgettable experiences for fans, artists and visitors, and none of it would be possible without the people who bring every event to life. Working at the heart of our People Operations function, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly from a staffing perspective while maintaining the highest operational standards.

A key part of the role involves managing staff check-in processes, workforce deployment, uniform distribution and equipment control. You will support colleagues with workforce management systems, oversee staff facilities and ensure operational areas remain organised, compliant and event-ready throughout the event lifecycle. You'll also carry out readiness checks, support venue operations and collaborate with teams across the business to deliver a seamless experience for both staff and guests.
