Loan Agency Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Agency Loan Servicing Specialist to join a growing Wholesale Lending operations team. This is a hands‑on role supporting complex syndicated loan activity, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate processing, smooth trade settlements, and high‑quality reporting across multiple lending products. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external counter parties to maintain high operational standards and resolve issues efficiently.

• Overseeing daily loan servicing activities, including transaction processing, settlements, reviews, and issue resolution
• Managing operational workflows for syndicated lending and ensuring adherence to internal controls
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements
• Preparing operational and performance reporting for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align lending processes and maintain efficiency
• Contributing to change initiatives that strengthen risk management, governance, and operational effectiveness

• Strong background in syndicated loan operations or wider wholesale lending
• Experience with agency loan servicing platforms (e.g., ACBS, Loan IQ) is highly desirable
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and support decision‑making
• A proactive, risk‑aware mindset with focus on accuracy, control, and regulatory compliance
• Experience leading or guiding others on complex operational tasks
