This is an opportunity to elevate your Corporate Tax technical skills whilst working with some of the UK's leading high-growth businesses, and some of their most ambitious and entrepreneurial primary shareholders and leadership teams. The Corporate Tax team sits at the heart of the Tax team and plays an essential role in the wider business. You will be working collaboratively with other teams, offering clients in the UK and internationally expert advice and solutions that help them overcome their challenges.

As a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax, you'll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, private businesses, and FTSE-listed multinationals. Each client has different needs and, by applying your expertise in different contexts, you'll develop your skills and gain valuable experience that will serve you throughout your career. Typical projects could include acquisitions, mergers, demergers, corporate restructuring, group reorganisations, rewards and incentives, and company share schemes.

You'll also be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to clients.

You'll be someone who can work proactively, managing your own tasks, but you'll also be confident in collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and Partners.

• An in-depth, up-to-date, knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
• Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
• Experience of managing a portfolio of clients, including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection.
• Experience of leading complex projects.
• Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
