I am currently supporting One of our Financial Services Clients with the below Interim requirement:

Rate: £400 per day (insider IR35, Umbrella Assignment Rate)

Hybrid

Servicing clients across the Central and Continental Europe. Serve as the main contact for day‑to‑day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other BNY product/service issues. Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients. You will also provide day‑to‑day servicing support to BNY Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain a positive client experience for our existing and potential new clients.

• Direct Client Facing Experience with in Financial Services
• Experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle.
• Experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients
• Experience of working in a global team
