Debt Advisory - Director

A leading advisory firm in the North West is looking to appoint a Director into its Debt Advisory team as part of its continued growth across the mid market.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing platform with strong momentum, advising management teams, shareholders and investors on a wide range of funding solutions, including acquisition finance, refinancings, restructuring and structured working capital.

The team works across multi-million-pound facilities and maintains strong relationships with high street banks, challenger lenders, private credit providers and specialist ABL houses.

As Director, you will:

• Originate and lead debt mandates across mid market transactions
• Structure and negotiate facilities with banks, private credit and specialist lenders
• Lead lender processes from initial strategy through to completion
• Act as a trusted adviser to CFOs, shareholders and PE houses
• Support wider M&A transactions alongside Corporate Finance teams
• Play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and shaping team growth

This is a market-facing role offering genuine autonomy and visibility.

• Debt Advisory teams
• Corporate Banking / Leveraged Finance
• Private credit origination
• ABL / structured finance environments

You will bring strong commercial judgement, lender credibility and a track record of delivering funding solutions in transaction settings.
