Qualified Management Accountant

Hybrid 3 days in the office – London

6 month FTC

Hybrid: 3 days a week in the London office

Year end is December, so January will be lively

Contract:

6 months

• Running the month end process
• Preparing management accounts supported by a small team of Assistant Management Accountants (your direct reports), getting into the detail where needed
• Leading on variance analysis, prepayments, accruals and all the fun stuff that makes the numbers make sense
• Overseeing AP and AR teams (3 indirect reports)
• Keeping balance sheets in top shape
• Liaising with non finance teams across multiple sites, translating “here’s what happened” into “here’s what it means”
• Supporting capex projects across the estate
• Working closely with the Group Finance on VAT and audit
• Owning audit schedules and being the friendly face for auditors in Q1

• Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with around 2 years PQE
• Someone who can step in confidently, manage people, and crack on
• Solid communicator who can speak fluent finance and fluent normal human
• Experience in a multisite environment or property is great, but not essential
• Yardi experience is a bonus, not a deal breaker
