We are currently seeking a skilled Mortgage & Protection Sales Advisor to join our team and assist clients in securing the bespoke solutions for their family and/or business. The company's ethos is based around customer service and helping customers find the best Mortgage & Protection products and solutions for them, so it is essential the right candidate has this same mindset.

The opportunity supports hybrid working so applicants nationwide will be considered.

• Provide comprehensive Mortgage & Protection advice to a diverse range of clients.
• Assess clients’ financial circumstances to determine suitable Mortgage & Protection products.
• Offer guidance on Protection products related to the Mortgage process, such as life assurance, protecting your income, your family and your home
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mortgage & Protection market and related financial products.
• Liaise with lenders, providers, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and submit detailed Mortgage & Protection applications on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, and a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions ( Minimum 1 yr experience)
• Existing client bank to top up leads provided by IBA
• Results driven mindset with strong sales abilities

• Strong understanding of the Mortgage & Protection market and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

• Competitive salary of up to £25000 basic ( depending on experience ) + performance based bonuses.
