Trainee Auditor – Invoice Finance – The North of England – M2 Recruitment

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful independent Invoice Finance business in a Trainee Audit position. This is a field based role responsible for undertaking full client audits of small to medium organisations for new and existing clients throughout the North of England.

The role will include a training period involving assisting other more senior auditors, conducting in-depth analysis of clients’ procedures and debtors to ensure full compliance with Invoice Finance agreements, ensuring security and identifying any areas of concern. You will also be required to prepare detailed audit reports, whilst making recommendations to senior management for action if appropriate.

The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of Financial Accounting and Business Systems and experience in a Business Lending environment such as Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Asset Based Lending and/or Corporate Banking.

A recognised Accounting Qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
