We provide bespoke advice in all areas of taxation, helping clients navigate the complexities of tax codes in multiple jurisdictions and ensuring they fulfill their obligations and pay the correct amount of tax. We also help clients resolve disputes with tax authorities swiftly.

• Review and approve corporation tax computations and tax accounting, and undertake some tax assurance reviews.
• Build client relationships with our portfolio of mid‑sized businesses.
• Negotiate and raise fees and manage WIP on your portfolio of clients.
• Proactively discuss tax opportunities relevant to clients, working with tax partners and the wider tax team to deliver on such work.

• Extensive experience of working with a portfolio of clients to deliver annual corporation tax reporting requirements.
• Broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience.
• Experience managing client financials, delivering on budgets and negotiating fees.
• Experience identifying opportunities for business development on tax clients (and ideally across other service lines).
