Ferox Partners are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing global fashion brand in their search for a talented Group Financial Controller. With HQs in Manchester and New York, and a strong presence across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale, this brand is at an exciting stage of international growth.

Location: Manchester, UK Office based with occasional international travel

Salary: up to £65k base + bonus + company benefits

This senior role offers exposure to influence finance strategy and the opportunity to work with the FD and owner in a prestigious brand. You will work across international operations with scope to make a real impact and enjoy travel in the role.

• Be responsible for and lead the day-to-day finance operations, managing and developing a Finance Assistant
• Business partnering with Heads of departments and supporting and leading on key business decisions to maximise the top line and minimise the bottom line
• Oversee group consolidated reporting and ensure global compliance
• Partner with the Finance Director on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy

• You will either be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience or qualified by experience with industry knowledge
• Experience in consolidations, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, business partnering and international finance operations
• Excellent communicator with leadership skills and commercial awareness; able to offer insight to key business decisions and challenge the status quo
• Ideally from an e-commerce, retail, fashion background or knowledge of these industries
