MERJE is seeking a talented Financial Crime Investigation Strategy Lead for a leading Fin Tech company. This pivotal role involves setting up and leading the Financial Crime Investigation Unit (FIU) and driving mule risk strategy across various financial products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial crime and fraud typologies.

The Financial Crime Investigations Lead will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and disrupting organised crime activities. This role offers the opportunity to shape how a modern bank tackles fraud and financial crime in an increasingly digital world, working directly with the Director of Fraud.

• Establish and lead the Financial Crime Investigation Unit (FIU)
• Devise and implement strategies to identify, investigate, and disrupt mule accounts
• Conduct in-depth financial crime investigations to uncover emerging threats
• Monitor, analyse, and report on mule trends
• Represent the bank at industry and law enforcement meetings
