Provide strategic financial leadership and partnership to drive financial performance and support organizational goals across a designated region and/or business functions.
Own the financial budgeting and forecasting processes to provide senior stakeholders with actionable insights for cost optimization and business growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize costs, improve profitability, and achieve key financial targets.
- Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize decision making
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis and business case development, to support data‑driven decision‑making and drive business performance improvements.
- Provide financial leadership on strategic projects, such as cost optimization, supply chain initiatives, and capital investments, ensuring long‑term financial sustainability.
- Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to improve profitability, drive cost efficiencies, and meet financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies in the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure and improve financial and operational performance
- 5+ years’ experience in Financial Management or Business Partnering within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A expertise: forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, business case evaluation.
- Experience supporting digital, analytics or large‑scale transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness, with understanding of supply chain, asset productivity or technology‑driven environments.
