• Respond to client pension inquiries promptly, providing clear guidance on SIPP accumulation and retirement options.
• Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex queries and sharing knowledge across the wider team.
• Translate pension regulations into understandable advice for clients and third parties.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance and risk awareness.
• Contribute to process improvements, special projects, and service enhancements.
• Build strong professional relationships while adapting positively to change and maintaining high service standards.

• Proven background in financial services or pensions; experience as a financial advisor or paraplanner is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investment funds, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to build trust and engage clients effectively.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
