Key Responsibilities for Meeting of Creditors

• Negotiate with creditors to achieve positive outcomes for clients

• Chair Meetings of Creditors

• Issue Chairman’s Reports to clients and creditors within statutory time frames

• Communicate with clients and creditors via phone, SMS and email, ensuring all interactions comply with GDPR regulations

• Liaise with the Team Leader and Insolvency Practitioners regarding case progression

• Carry out any additional duties required by the business
