We're seeking a sharp Financial Analyst to join our entrepreneurial team, building and analysing financial models that drive major investment decisions across ground-up developments, repositioning projects, and asset management.

Model complex real estate deals from scratch, stress-testing returns and cash flows to support critical go/no-go decisions. You'll combine market research with financial rigour, translating data into compelling investment presentations while monitoring live projects against your assumptions. This is hands-on work with real impact.

• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modelling skills
• Accountancy qualification, relevant degree, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment

• Real estate, financial analysis, or underwriting experience
• Familiarity with Sage, Xero, ARGUS, CoStar, or Procore
• Operational accounting knowledge
