An exciting opportunity has arisen in the rent & service charge team for a temporary accountant. The right candidate will be offered a 35‑hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, access to a health care plan and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days per year through length of service, in addition to the 8 public bank holidays.

• At least 3 years' experience in a general finance operation, with knowledge of social housing rent regulations and service charge administration
• Advanced accounts and general ledger skills, able to undertake routine and more complex accountancy work with the minimum of supervision.
• Strong Excel skills with a knowledge of a range of functions and their application.

• Professional accountant, qualified by experience, part‑qualified CCAB, or Association of Accounting Technicians
• Experience of rents & service charge
