As a Corporate Tax Manager at RSM UK, you will be an integral part of a high‑performing tax compliance and advisory team in our Leeds office. You'll accelerate your knowledge, skills and development while working with fantastic clients.

• Act as an expert advisor, guiding clients with tax compliance matters and supporting them with planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients, from owner‑managed businesses to large multinational groups.
• Play an active role in business development, proposals, networking events and contribute to future development of the regional office and the wider firm.
• Develop and support a growing team, mentoring and sharing your skill set and knowledge.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (CTA preferred).
• Specialist in Corporate Tax with a mix of compliance and advisory experience.
• Open and approachable, listening to the views and ideas of others.
• People‑management experience, focusing on developing individuals and identifying talent within the team.
• Ambition to coach, lead, develop and manage a team.
