Transaction Services; FDD - Manager​/Senior Manager

A high performing Deal Advisory team in the North West is hiring at Manager / Senior Manager into its Transaction Services practice, driven by sustained growth in private equity backed and mid market transaction volumes.

This is an opportunity to join a lean, ambitious TS team with consistent deal flow, working closely with Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Tax and Analytics colleagues on UK and cross-border transactions.

If you are currently in Big 4 TS and want broader exposure, faster progression and genuine ownership of client relationships, this is a strong platform move.

You will lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a range of transactions, including PE buyouts, bolt-ons, exits and refinancings.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day delivery, budgets and stakeholder expectations
• Identifying key deal issues, value drivers and red flags for investors
• Reviewing forecasts, business plans and funding assumptions
• Drafting and presenting clear, commercially focused reports
• Supporting investor discussions and management meetings
• Coaching junior team members and driving quality across deliverables

This is a client facing role with real autonomy - not a passenger seat position.

We are keen to speak with candidates currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level from:

• Big 4 Transaction Services / Deals teams
• Mid market advisory firms with strong PE exposure
• TS boutiques operating in the £5m to £100m EV range

You will likely be ACA qualified (or equivalent) and confident running multiple live engagements with minimal supervision.
