Overview
I am working exclusivity with a fast-growing service business based in the Swinton Area. As a result of growth, I am recruiting for several finance roles. These are newly created roles offering an opportunity to really make the role your own.
These roles are office based in Swinton.
Payroll Clerk RoleReporting to the Payroll Manager there is a need for a Payroll Clerk. This role supports the Payroll Manager in aspects of Payroll.
Responsibilities- Group Monthly Payrolls x 2
- Processing monthly salary payments
- Transferring timesheet data to payroll software
- Transferring employee expense payments to the payroll software
- Accurate sickness calculations where applicable
- Accurate overtime calculations where applicable
- Maintain all payroll records
- Processing Pension Payment Files
- Company Credit Card Receipt Administration
The right candidate for the role will have experience in the above.
