Valuation Surveyor

Cobalt is excited to be partnering with an established and growing real estate consultancy is seeking a Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join its Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an APC candidate to gain broad valuation experience within a supportive and professional environment, working across a diverse client base and asset classes.

You will support the delivery of Red Book-compliant valuations for secured lending and a range of other purposes including accounts, tax, acquisitions and advisory instructions. The role offers exposure to varied and high-quality work, alongside direct support from experienced senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of valuation reports
• Undertaking valuations for lending and other purposes
• Supporting advisory instructions where valuation input is required
• Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
• Assisting in maintaining and developing client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with professional and risk standards

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled on the RICS APC pathway (working towards MRICS)
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Able to manage multiple instructions effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valuation software experience advantageous
