Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a successful estate agency-led mortgage business in Swinton, Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering strong introducer relationships, consistent mortgage leads, and outstanding earning potential.
Package
* Basic salary up to £35,000 (incl. car allowance)
* OTE £85,000+
* Uncapped commission
* Employed or self-employed options
* Full admin support
* Hybrid working
The Opportunity
* Established estate agency branch
* Strong local property market (avg £220k–£260k)
* Consistent mortgage & protection opportunities
* Previous broker earned six figures
* £200k+ annual banked business previously achieved
Duties
* Provide mortgage and protection advice
* Conduct client appointments
* Convert estate agency leads
* Build introducer relationships
* Manage pipeline and compliance
Requirements
* CeMAP qualified
* CAS status
* Mortgage advisor/broker experience
* Professional and driven
* Local to Swinton
Realistic OTE £85k+ with excellent earnings potential
