Job Description

• Manage and oversee corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Produce high quality outputs
• Project manage momentum
• Investor Relations
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Manage a small team, & delegate efficiently

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

• 3 years Corporate Finance experience
• Professional qualifications such as ACA
• Experience working in mid-market up £50-£100m Deal Value.
• Commercial Acumen
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
