This is a great entry-level opportunity to join a growing commercial finance function, supporting key commercial processes around pricing, rebates, and promotional activity.

The role has a strong administrative focus but offers excellent exposure to wider commercial finance and a clear scope to grow over time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administration of the Pricing Approval Document (PAD) process
• Coordinating pricing approvals with stakeholders across the business
• Managing rebate and promotional documentation and reconciliations
• Supporting rebate accruals, claims, and gross-to-net adjustments
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking in ERP/reporting systems
• Providing ad-hoc pricing and commercial support to the wider team

This role would suit a recent graduate who:

• Has experience in an office-based administrative or finance support role
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working with data, processes, and systems
• Is confident liaising with multiple stakeholders
• Is keen to develop a long-term career in finance or commercial analysis

Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, Dynamics 365 or Power BI is beneficial but not essential.

• Up to £28,000
• Hybrid working – Manchester office 3 days per week (post-induction)
