Senior Management Accountant

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Senior Management Accountant for a well-established financial services business, currently going through an exciting phase of growth.

The Senior Management Accountant will have great visibility to the senior leadership team and have a significant impact on the monthly financial deliverables and development of an already strong team. You will have the ability to add value from day one and input to the direction of the department.

Senior Management Accountant

• Lead and develop a team of Management Accountants
• Drive continuous improvement around monthly reporting, forecasting and statutory reporting
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners and Directors
• Analyse variances forecast v actuals
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments, with passion for accuracy and compliance

The Senior Management Accountant will have a strong background in end-to-end financial reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement around management accounts and working as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

£60k + Benefits (Office or remote dependant on experience)

You will be qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE, either from practice with industry experience, or come up through industry with a strong technical accounting background having been a key contributor to financial governance and process improvement.
