Fund Dealing Administrator

Specialist, Client Processing II

Role:
Fund Dealing Administrator within the Fund Dealing team, located in Manchester.

• Processing order execution, pricing, and contract completion.
• Maintaining static data.
• Preparation of manual instructions.
• Obtaining manual pricing.
• Ensuring ongoing access to all market‑available portals.
• Handling all client queries and resolving issues within SLA.
• Monthly preparation of KRIs, client billing, scorecards, account ownership, and other required reports.
• Regular liaison with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents.
• Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad‑hoc testing, which may include weekend and early‑morning tests.
• Keeping procedures updated.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including confident use of formulas, look‑ups, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
• Experience dealing with clients over the phone and in written communication (email).
• Proactive approach to work, with the ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges.

• Understanding of funds and securities settlement.
• Experience in funds dealing.
• Experience dealing with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents.
