We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing global education group during a critical transformation phase. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to shape a best-in-class FP&A function and influence strategic decision-making at group level.

The RoleThe FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in building and standardizing FP&A processes, reporting packs, and financial models across multiple business units. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will lead initiatives that harmonise reporting, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner during a period of significant transformation.
MainDuties
- Design and standardize Group and BU reporting packs, integrating key KPIs.
- Build and maintain driver‑based financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards (Power BI or similar) for real‑time insights.
- Support system implementation and automation projects (ERP, Unit
4). - Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear, actionable financial guidance.
- Contribute to M&A and corporate finance initiatives as required.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A and financial modelling experience in multi‑entity environments.
- Background in TMT, SaaS, or subscription‑based business models highly desirable.
- Big 4 training and/or transaction services experience advantageous.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with ERP systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
