Finance Manager (Part-Time / Hybrid, 3–4 days)

Our client is a pioneering Web3 company building innovative solutions. They’re seeking a part‑time proactive, detail‑oriented Financial Accountant to support strategic growth and innovation. This is a high‑impact role offering autonomy from day one in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role will start as 3 days a week.

• Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
• Manage month‑end processes, journals, and reconciliations
• Conduct detailed P&L and cost centre analysis
• Support fiat and crypto payments
• Guide junior finance team members and collaborate across functions

• AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
• Experience with Xero and multi‑entity/multi‑currency environments
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and HMRC/VAT knowledge
• Cryptocurrency experience is a plus, but not essential
