Senior Recruitment Consultant - Exec Search

I’m working exclusively with a high-growth, boutique executive search firm operating at the top end of the Financial & Accountancy market
. This is a retained-only model (80%+ retained), partnering with PE-backed, VC-backed and high-growth businesses across the UK.

This is a genuine opportunity to move away from transactional recruitment into a true headhunting and advisory environment
.

You’ll be trusted to deliver senior finance mandates including:

• Financial Controller, Finance Director, CFO & Head of Finance
• Scale-ups, transformations and PE-backed growth
• Strategic hires rather than volume recruitment

Your focus will be on:

• Proactive headhunting of passive candidates
• Network-led recruitment
• 12 months–3+ years’ experience in Financial or Accountancy recruitment
• Strong interest in business development and relationship-led recruitment
• Commercial, articulate and detail-driven
• Confident with senior-level conversations
• Hungry to move into an executive search environment
• Quarterly bonus
• Long-term route into equity and leadership
• Monday in the office
