Finance Manager

Are you a commercially minded Finance Professional looking to make a real impact in a global technology leader? Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing Electrical Products division. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as a trusted business partner to the Technical Sales leadership team, helping to shape strategy through financial insight and driving business performance.

This role reports directly to the Finance Director.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Partner with Technical Sales teams to provide commercial insights that inform and influence key decisions
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance across the division
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency
• Find opportunities to optimise systems, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement

• A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject area
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions
• Experience working with ERP systems

• Experience with SAP or similar financial systems
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools
• Experience in a commercial finance role within a large or matrix organisation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
